Deeper Still 2009

This past weekend I went with a couple fabulous friends of mine to Lifeway's Deeper Still Women's Conference in Oklahoma City.  What a fabulous time we had!  We were able to leave early on Friday so as to squeeze in some (much needed) shopping (at actual stores) AND eat at the Cheesecake Factory!  YUM YUM!  Natalie got us a deal at a great hotel for the night...what a treat to stay somewhere nicer than the ol' Super 8 in Dalhart, TX!  WOO HOO!

The conference itself was awesome.  Kay Arthur, Beth Moore, and Priscilla Shirer all presented great lessons.  Kay taught on Hebrews; Priscilla taught on a passage in Ephesians; and Beth taught on spiritual discernment with various scriptures.  We laughed a lot and learned even more.  Great idea, Julie!!

Jason seemed to really enjoy his time at home alone, too. :)  I left enough leftovers in the refrigerator to last him a week, so I don't even think he had to leave the house. :)  AND he re-caulked the shower!!  BEST HUSBAND EVER!!!
