Baby Shower Luncheon

Over Christmas, my fabulous Aunt Ricke and sister Abbie threw me a lovely Baby Shower Luncheon.  We had it at Stella's restaurant in Lubbock - what a beautiful place!  The food was wonderful, the cake was amazing, and the decorations were too cute. :)  It was just family in attendance, although my long-time friend Mel and her husband Jeremy actually flew in from San Antonio for the event!  (Due to some weather-driven scheduling issues, they had to actually miss the luncheon.)  Enjoy the pics!

The cake Abbie made.  Seriously.  She whipped it together THAT MORNING.  It was homemade chocolate cake (my favorite recipe) and butter cream icing with fondant dots.  You can't tell in this pic, but the icing and fondant matched the ribbon perfectly.
