Today was Fun Friday! We started it off with Speech Therapy, and said goodbye to the student therapist, Kelly. That was the sad part of the day. Tru just LOVES her. He went from being almost completely non-vocal to talking your ear off under her care from January until now. Miss Kelly really has a gift for working with kids!
After therapy, we headed to the base to have an early lunch with Daddy. That was yummy and fun! Once we got home, it was nap time. During nap, the thunderstorms hit. So when we got up, we built a fort to hide from them.

We had snacks, milk, books, and toys. All set.
After playing in the fort, we blew bubbles, colored with our dot markers, played with Mr. Potato Head, built a house, airplane, and tree with small Legos, and built a big tower with big Legos. Then we Skyped Granddad!
Daddy surprised us by coming home early! It was time for Dance Party in the living room. :)
Followed by some rasslin'
Then we built a bigger and better fort and had a picnic for dinner. Tru dumped out his meat sticks and oranges right on the floor. It was a wee bit sticky. :)
That was our fun Friday!
